Caesar Salad - Romaine Lettuce with homemade croutons and our Caesar Dressing
Tuna Salad Plate - Our special tuna salad made with celery, apples, and a light curry mayo

Southwest Chicken Salad - Chunks of chicken, black beans, tomatoes, and green chilies

     with cumin mayonnaise. Served with tortilla chips

Chicken Fried Steak - Sirloin Steak battered in Mr. Jim's

      secret recipe, served with mashed potatoes and peppery cream gravy

Grilled Chicken Breast - Marinated boneless chicken

      breast, served with pico de gallo, seasonal vegetables

Bruce’s Tortilla Crusted Trout - Boneless Idaho Rainbow Trout filet

      in a Southwest flavored corn tortilla crust, served with a cilantro cream sauce and pico de gallo

Eddie's Fried "Catfish" - Basa strips lightly battered and flash fried. Served with caper tarter sauce

Spicey Chicken Cakes - Served on a bed of lettuce with remoulade sauce

Black Bean Huevos - Two Black Bean Cakes topped with poached eggs and quacamole hollandaise

      Served with fresh fruit
